Our farm rears the finest tasting beef, pork and lamb. The beef is hung for 21 days. We find that allowing our cattle and lamb to roam free, eat grass and homegrown feed clear of additives and chemicals produce healthy happy livestock that taste great in the pot and are sold at excellent prices for the finest cuts.

Located in our refurbished Great Barn that is steeped in history. This beautiful building has an indoor seating area that serves tea, coffee, home baked cakes and treats. We also have a selection of bakery sandwiches and snacks.

There is always something going on at Honeybrook Farm. We often organise special events days such as Smugglers Day or Maypole Dancing. Most weekends in the summer will have a particular activity or event that is often back by popular demand. Our team of volunteers and workers ensure that the events organised are creative, safe and above all fun!

Honeybrook Farm

Honeybrook is a great seasonal location to visit and provides fun and excitement for adventurous toddlers through to teenagers and a relaxing day in the countryside for parents.

Our season pass will hopefully give you the chance to visit us more frequently and really fall in love with the place.

In the school holidays our highly trained rangers run sessions during the school holidays split into two age groups. Wildskills for 8-12 year olds and Brightsparks for 5-8 year olds. Just call us for more information.

Our volunteer scheme enables people to help out run and maintain the gardens, animals and grounds. We are always looking for people to help out and if you fancy joining our friendly and busy team then don’t hesitate to contact us.

School Groups and Youth Programmes

We offer school groups and youth organisations educational trips based here at Honeybrook Farm or within our private woodland. All our programmes are aimed at specific key stages to ensure all our educational visits enrich the children’s learning. To acknowledge the great educational experiences Honeybrook Farm has to offer we have formed an Educational Charity “Wildskills”. To celebrate our charitable status we are offering our educational experiences to schools and youth groups for free for 2012.

Due to our beautiful and antique farmhouse and extensive land we have an ideal location to tie the knot. Our events team have organised lots of weddings and can help guide you through to that perfect “Farmhouse Wedding” or more intimate and beautiful rustic style. Using local, trusted suppliers and vast experience we can help guide you though getting your perfect day.

Wedding Venues

With a choice of ceremony sites, Honeybrook Farm gives stunning views over the River Allen meadows for your perfect day. The beautifully landscaped Kitchen Gardens provide a quaint backdrop for your valuable photographs and allow your guests to enjoy a welcome drink. In the Farmhouse, two Victorian parlours allow the bridal party to prepare in comfort and style.

At the end of the evening, you and your guests are welcome to make use of the bespoke camping facilities. Our bell tents are a refreshing natural way to camp with elegance and comfort. Decadent furnishings, with a
tea light candelabra, our bell tents are simple yet beautiful.

Its always play time at Honeybrook, our large adventure playground offers a place for creative imaginative play for our older visitors. For our younger visitors we have a playhouse village and our soft play barn. All our play areas are designed to allow parent visitors to relax.

We have also installed an indoor soft play area in the barn that is a small charge to use but a good place to go in wet weather or for very tiny people.

Children’s Adventure Playground

Our adventure playground keeps growing with more features added to keep children entertained. We installed a “flying fox” last summer which has also been popular with the parents.

We keep and care for a variety of farm animals throughout our farm including pigs, goats and horses. Besides this, we keep a variety of chickens and other fowl. Lots for the kids to see. Seasonally, we have various activities such as bottle feeding lambs and incubating and hatching chicks. There is always something going on to watch or get involved in.

Ranger-led Tours

Our rangers can often be heard mustering people at the meeting point to invite them to come and feed the animals. Not only do you get to feed the sheep, our very knowledgable rangers will also tell you all sorts of information about the animals.

Riding School

We keep a small selection of ponies ranging from shetlands through to cobs and often take riders out on them for mini treks around the farm. If you are interested in this activity then please contact Vicky on 01202 881120
